We have 2 ground floor en-suite rooms which offer TV/DVD,  Egyptian cotton bedding, Towels, Soap, Tea & coffee, WiFi, Hairdryer, Iron, Patio seating, Off-road parking.  Dogs welcome; cleaning charge of £5 per day. Children £15 per night

Friday and Saturday : 
  • DOUBLE Occupancy £75 per room per night bed & breakfast
  • SINGLE Occupancy  £65 per room per night bed & breakfast

Sunday to Thursday:

  • DOUBLE Occupancy £60 per room per night bed & breakfast
  • SINGLE  Occupancy £50 per room per night bed & breakfast
BANK HOLIDAYS,  CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR – prices on application - WE ARE FULLY BOOKED MAY AND AUGUST BANK HOLIDAYS

Payment

Please note we take payment by cheque with card number payable to C Johnson or cash, we do not take cards. There is a card machine in the Royal Oak Pub Cartmel and several in Grange-over-Sands (3miles). On race days these machines empty quickly. Cartmel SPAR gives cashback with a purchase of £5.

Checkout

Checkout is by 10.30am please.
Guests staying more than one night do not have to vacate their room during the day.
In the event of extra cleaning due to smoking, soiling or loss of property or keys during stay, you may be invoiced after your departure.

Cancellation policy

A reservation constitutes a contract, if, unfortunately you have to cancel within 2 weeks of your arrival date, the full rate will become chargeable unless I can re-let the rooms.
